Contour mapping is one of the best ways to visualize spatial differences in coastal water quality.
The data and maps in this tool illustrate the scale of potential sea level rise and habitat transitions into the future, not the exact location, and do not account for implementation of future resiliency strategies (e.g. hardening of shorelines/re-development inland etc). Habitats and sea level are based on the Sea Level Affecting Marshes Model (SLAMM v. 6) referenced to 2007 land use land cover conditions in Tampa Bay.
