The meetings will present the initial findings of the Comprehensive Canal Dredging and Preventative Measures Study (CCDPM). The affected communities include Bayport, Baycrest, Essex Downs and Dana Shores in the north county and Alafia River, Apollo Beach and Ruskin in the south county. During the meeting, staff will present the bathymetric data from each of the communities as well as the results from initial soil and water quality testing. Attendees will be given an opportunity to meet with staff and receive information regarding their particular area of interest.
